Dressage

2012 Schedule available here. Dates, 12th Feb and 8th April.

 

Hunter Trials
Sunday 25th  March 2012, Hilltop Cross Country Course,

Ledbury, Herefordshire. Schedule here.

 

Training

Sally Newcomb will come to Allensmore once a month on the Second Saturday of each month starting on February 11th, then March 10th, April 14th etc. Giovanni will be available on the 3rd Saturday of the month ie Jan 21st, Feb 18th

All the training will be held at Winnal Common Farm, just across from the Allensmore Field.

 

The cost, including a special rate for riding club members for the school :

1 horse,   45 mins,   £48.00.
2 horses,  1 hour,    £30.00 each.
3 horses,  1 hour,    £25.00 each.

NEW FOR 2012

NOVICE HUNTER TRIALS   (New Team Competition)

This will be run at Eland Lodge, Derbyshire on 24th September.  Entries to be made direct to BRC.  Two team members to ride 70cm course and two to ride the 80cm course.  Full details available on BRC website and in new 2012 rule book.

 

* RWHS QUALIFIERS
In future, these will be run as an Area Qualifier round.  The dressage competition wil be run as Prelim 12 with one person qualifying for RWHS.  The showjumping will have two sections both Novice and Intermediate.  Run as normal showjumping competition at area level but the championship will be run as Top Score.  Open to junior and senior members.  Full rules and regs. available on BRC website.

 

REMINDER:
If you wish to compete in any of the above qualifiers, please make sure your horse is vaccinated!  Hat tagging will also be carried out at all qualifiers.  Ramdom dope testing will also be carried out at championships and arrangements are in the pipe line for this to be carried out at Area Qualifiers as well.
