What is a Riding Club ?

The main aim of the riding clubs movement is to promote and encourage care, riding, and enjoyment of the horse plus friendship and fun. The British Riding Clubs organisation is nation wide and is run under the umbrella of the British Horse Society. It is divided into areas and we are area 15, one of 18 clubs in the Midlands alone.

Area 15 Hunter Trials to be held at Heart of Wales Equestrian Centre on Sunday 28th September. If you would like to enter as part of a a team or an individual in Novice, Intermediate, Open or Pairs. Important Notice/Warning - Horse Thieves

There is a group of organised horse thieves in the immediate area - they were in Newent, Huntley, Pauntley, Redmarley and Staunton areas over the last few days and have also been seen in Chepstow and many parts of Herefordshire and Gloucestershire.

 

Could you please exercise caution & vigilance and report any suspicious activity to your local police.
