What is a Riding Club ?

The main aim of the riding clubs movement is to promote and encourage care, riding, and enjoyment of the horse plus friendship and fun. The British Riding Clubs organisation is nation wide and is run under the umbrella of the British Horse Society. It is divided into areas and we are area 15, one of 18 clubs in the Midlands alone.

It has been agreed by the National Executive Committe that the age for juniors transferring to senior membership will be changed to 18 years old from the 1st January 2009.
